The story tells of a human boy named Mowgli, who is raised by a pack of wolves in the Indian jungle. Under the guardianship of the bear Baloo and the black panther Bagheera, Mowgli learns the harsh laws of the forest and is eventually accepted by the animals as one of their own. Despite this, he must still face the terrifying tiger Shere Khan, and Mowgli’s human origins pose a significant threat lurking within the forest.
