The town of Ogden Marsh, located in Pennsylvania, USA, is a place of beautiful scenery and a peaceful, comfortable life. However, a sudden incident shattered the tranquility of the small town. A middle-aged man named Rory, who was originally mild-mannered (played by Mike Hickman), burst into a baseball game with a rifle. The sheriff, David (played by Timothy Olyphant), took decisive action and shot him. The tragedy seemed to be unstoppable, and after that, various bloody and cruel incidents occurred one after another. The originally peaceful town people became frenzied one by one, as if the paradise-like town had turned into a terrifying hell on earth.
David and a few of his rational companions discovered that the reason for the town’s madness was related to the local drinking water. At the same time, to prevent the spread of the madness, the government dispatched troops to seal off the town. David and his friends had to rack their brains to escape from this land of death…
